CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients may cancel online up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment; within 24 hours of appointment, clients must contact Gemini Hair Co. to cancel. All chemical services that are cancelled within a 24 hour period, or no-show their appointment, will be charged a non-refundable 25% fee. This fee secures a future appointment and will be credited back at checkout once the appointment is rescheduled and completed. **Rescheduling is free** Clients will be banned from booking at Gemini Hair Co. if they no-show the same service more than two times.
